AZVD provides software development, consulting, hiring, and outsourcing services globally. We operate as a connector between clients and developers but do not guarantee results, outcomes, timelines, or the quality of work delivered by any party.

Clients are responsible for evaluating and engaging developers.

Developers are independent professionals. They are fully responsible for the quality, legality, and outcome of their work.

AZVD does not supervise, direct, or control developer work or client engagements.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Non-infringement

You use our platform and services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZVD and its owner shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, business, data, or other intangible losses
• Errors or omissions in any content
• Delays, interruptions, or failure of services

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using our Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AZVD, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Any violation of these Terms
• Your interactions or contracts with developers or clients

Developers must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.

We collect only minimal personal information (name, email, password, LinkedIn profile) from developers for the purpose of authentication and matching. Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

All content provided by AZVD, including logos, text, code, and tools, are the property of AZVD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any dispute exclusively in the courts located in Brazil.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between AZVD and any user. All users act independently and at their own risk.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
